When I began The Bomb Squad four years ago, I wasn’t sure how the book would end. Writing a middle-grade novel for tweens was a surprise because I always thought I’d write adult mysteries. I had the idea, began writing, and learned as I went along. I was thrilled when it was published through Elk Lake Publishing, Inc. The Bomb Squad began the adventures of Bryan and his three friends. The four boys set out to solve a mystery of a new neighbor who seemed suspicious. Off the Grid found the boys in a rainy camping adventure of epic proportions in book two of the series. The recently released, Seaside SOS, is book three of the series.
Book three made it an official series! This book is filled with adventure, and adds another member to the Bomb Squad. The boys meet Ava on the beach, and she helps them solve the mystery of egg pirates. Each book features examples of loyalty, faith, and adventure. While I have two more books in the series coming up, I plan to celebrate this third book to the fullest.
