My Thoughts Exploring outdoors with my granddaughter proved to be lots of fun. The Grandma and Me Explore Outdoors box had several activities. We investigated flower beds with the magnifying glass, found objects to do the solar print, and she drew some great pictures in the Outdoor Activity Journal. The illustrations in the storybook A Busy Bee Life were beautiful.  She enjoyed the time we spent together, and so did I. We learned some things about bees while reading together. I didn’t know precisely how they make honey! (It’s a bit gross now that I’ve found out!) This was an excellent activity for the two of us to share and spend quality time together.
